      Publicly traded company, benefits are OK.

      Cons

      Senior tenured members of the leadership team continue to leave. CRO is the latest to go. There aren't a lot of smart people left. Fulfillment and Account management is the weakest link

      Nice building. Shade trees in parking lot. Good location.

      Cons

      Don't value knowledge. So many layoffs, so few people. Poor news coverage with reporters acting as own photogs, too much ipad and iPhone viewer video. Declining ratings are the end result. Sales management and sales reps with no history in market and severe lack of knowledge in broadcast sales. Over promise and underdeliver is how they operate. Badmouthing ex-employees who left because they didn't want to work with people they couldnt trust.
