Pros

Corporate culture will change from station to station, so if you don't have a good experience in one place, it doesn't mean you'll have the same in another.

Cons

While there's an understanding that Broadcast Journalism is a failing institution, there's very little encouragement to change that status quo, despite numerous platitudes stating otherwise.

Some of the employees, lots of parking, easy commute.

Cons

Where to begin. So much favoritism. Low ratings = low sales eventually it will = layoffs. Management is clueless they get manipulated easily by cute middle level management. Serious changes need to be made, more then cosmetic work to the logos and building. This station is broke from the inside.

There is a very collaborative sales atmosphere- everyone is there to make sure you succeed. They are embracing the future when it comes to technology and becoming leaders in the media industry.

Cons

Aspects of the television side of the business can seem very antiquated at times. They are moving towards a more digitally focused business model though.
