      Pros

      Great culture. Good people. Every day is a new challenge. People hold each other accountable. Opportunity to make great money is there. They care about their clients. Servant mentality. A lot of energy.

      Cons

      It's a young company. Huge pipeline of recruiters coming in through the front door on a monthly basis. Friendship and relationships among the recruiters are encouraged. This is a good thing. However, these friendships and relationships is what allows TEKsystems to pay recruiters and industry below average base salary. Good for TEKsystems. It works – that is the low salary and people still want to work there.

      Pros

      The environment at TEK is extremely friendly. It is easy to feel welcome at the company since so much effort is put in by the team to make you feel included.

      Cons

      A work hard/play hard environment is not for everyone. The company has little HR oversight which can lead to banter and conversation that some might find offensive.

      Pros

      They have lots of opportunities, provided you have the experience for job, and will push (aggressively?) to help you get a position.

      Cons

      Benefits are not that great, PTO which you have to actually fight for depending on your job. Te insurance is comparable to Obamacare, which is the better option, and there isn't a big issue with transition when your contract ends. On the same note with the PTO, they employ some aggressive, and just not friendly account managers. Which that pressure moves to the recruiter. Never had a recruiter push so hard for significant items which weren't a necessity to the contract. The pay, don't even try to argue, I feel bad for some of their clients when they charge twice your rate to them and then only provide you with 12 days of PTO which include the holidays. For the fact they would rather attempt to screen another candidate then provide you with a small cut of their ridiculous margin. I know some are opposed to RHT and their strategies, but after working with Teksystems, I would strongly recommend you look into alternative recruiting firms that actually value their contractors.
