      Pros

      Decent salary but this will depend on the company you are placed in.

      Cons

      Like all other staffing companies nothing special. Most of the reqruiters are incompetent and unprofessional. Mine is rude.They are just there to get the signing bonuses so they will try to lure you in with contract to hire placement which actually is lie most of the time. After you are placed you are on your own. If you need something they are usually do not reply emails so call them. Also this people have pretty low work ethic just be aware of and do not expect much from them.

      Pros

      It is true they can facilitate finding a position for you. They have online training opportunities.

      Cons

      With me, they started out taking approximately 55% of the monies paid by contracting company. Over time, I got to where I was getting close to the 60% mark and they were getting the other 40%.

      Pros

      Weekly paychecks and people that act like they care.

      Cons

      Everything, no benefits, no quality, no inspirations or goals, no respect. You are paid to do 1 thing, don't try to be anyone's friend, no one cares. Everyone is here for a temporary paycheck. Recruiters will say anything at this company to get you in for a short period to collect benefits from hiring you, regardless if you are worth anything. If you are making 20$ an hour, the company is making 20-60$ an hour off of you.
