      Not for everyone. If you liked fraternities or sororities in college and you want that same atmosphere in your career, you'll have it in all levels at TEKsystems.

      1. TEKsystems will promise you the world... And you may or may not be successful... It's dependent on the following factors: The account that you recruit for, the skillset you recruit for, the market you are in, how your manager helps you, and how "smart" not "hard" you work

      Cons

      Long hours, micromanagement at the utmost level, 15 inputs you are tracked on weekly and certain inputs should have a higher emphasis over others, if you want to get ahead, suck up to the dbo and the other account managers

      Prompt Weekly pay checks, Direct Deposit

      Cons

      Low salary, no vacation/holiday/sick days, Crappy benefits, you would think a company that has thousands of "employees" would be able to offer benefits at a good price, they wanted $600 a month to cover me and my Wife, 60% coverage with a 25k max out of pocket. I can get better benefits on the open market for less. The only reason they are a "highly rated company" by there employees is because they get survey results from there 500 or so in house staff employees, survey the thousands of contractors that have the misfortune work for them, the results would be far different. There recruiters low ball you on salary, you really have to be in demand for them to budge on salaries.

      Pros

      My recruiter, delivery lead, and coordinator were all GREAT! They were honest with me upfront about my short term contract and the small percentage of contractors who actually get converted to full-time employees. I was lucky and did get converted and am very pleased! I am grateful to TEKsystems and all they did for me!

      Cons

      Receiving PTO as a contractor is rare and a wonderful benefit that TEKsystems offers, however the health insurance offered has room for improvement
