      Good corporate structure, good training and responsive management. Solid, stable company overall. Good experience to learn to deal with all kinds of customers and understand more about the cellphone industry in Canada. Good starting job for people looking to get into more business / tech / sales jobs in the future.. There is room to grow within the company for those who are serious and committed.

      Pay decreased over the years if you are a commission sales rep.
