Pros

Good benefits (although they're being reduced every year) and experiences. Good springboard to other companies. If you can make it at TELUS, you'll probably be a star somewhere else.

Cons

High pressure, perpetual performance improvement, quarterly driven decision making. They "raise the bar" by lowering the floor when it comes to compensation. Fear based decision making pervades the culture.

Great benefits! Fast paced always changing roles! I really enjoyed the employees and team spirit. Very active in the community.

Cons

MIddle management not as skilled as upper management in employee engagement. Poor communication creates an environment of distrust between frontline and managers. Sometimes the changes implemented seem to be for the sake of change only.
