      industry is changing and exciting to be a part of

      Cons

      clunky and difficult to get ahead. The ILM is undervalued by senior level management. ELM policy does not attract talent into operations due to budget constraints.

      Pros

      TELUS is a place where you can grow. If you are willing to work hard the company will reward you. Benifits are awesome and the work life balance is always taken into account.

      Cons

      There really is no downside, however like I said above, you are asked to work hard and for that you are rewarded, however due to cuts across the board in all industries (not the fault of Telus) the last bonus payout left something to be desired. Then again at least we got something while most didn't.

      My team makes TELUS the best place to work. Our technicians are dedicated professionals that are living, breathing examples of excellence! I'm proud to work with so many dynamic and passionate indivuals and consider my techs to be the best telecom techs in Canada.

      Cons

      Sometimes we are too reactive as an organization when we should be proactive. For example, low staffing levels may lead to a drop in service levels during busy times. This leads to training classes being postponed and sometimes forces us to run our business on overtime to meet customer needs. Although frustrating, our TELUS technicians continue work with our customers and well as management to ensure service levels are met, and most importantly customers expectations are exceeded.
