      Good for a big company

      Pros

      Lots of resources, generally experienced management, great benefits, lots of structure. Overall a solid big company where there are opportunities to be had if are able to take initiative.

      Cons

      Big company where people can get lost if they don't take action for themselves. Due to the size there is politics and bureaucracy. Can take a while to get promoted.

      Pros

      Great Senior Leadership. Great Culture. Great Life Balance. Mostly great managers. Awesome people to work with. The company has done a complete about face over the past few years and their consumer facing departments are so customer focused. It's great to see a company listen to it's low level-customer facing employees and make a true change to the customer experience. Easy to move laterally to a different role.

      Cons

      Some poor managers exist (not many, but there are some). Pace of change in customer facing departments is very fast. Not enough management to handle existing process and execute changes requested. Must change roles to get a decent raise.
