Coming out of undergraduate school the program is a great way to gain a holistic understanding about the business... from marketing, sales, business analysis, customer service, program management, etc.

Cons

You got to be patient. Although TELUS is advanced in telecommunications technology they are a big company so they have rules and reg's and processes... you also have to pay your dues and show results to get ahead.

Management isn't exactly the best, Although they claim personal growth I didn't feel it

- People (Good) - Benefits package is excellent.

Cons

- Middle Managers (Trying to balance customer employee needs why trying to save the company money) - Executives (Manage through EBITDA. They say one thing, but actions prove they only care about their profits and bonuses) - Processes are extremely broken. - They don't really care about employee work-life balance.
