Great benefits, paid trainings, flexible schedule and they really focus on growing your career path. Managers are receptive to new ideas and promote a great work/life balance. They really invest on infrastructure. Also they provide so much benefits that you have a full web page just for listing them all, there's so many that there are categories to browse them.

Nothing bad worth mentioning so far.
