      Big company, a lot of different opportunities. You can get promotions if you work hard. Good work environment. They try to maintain work life balance. Overall in the process of becoming more agile. My department had a lot of teams trying to improve collaboration between each other

      Pros

      Modern office, staff have a kitchen to use on every floor and cafeteria with reduced food prices. Ability to work from home is amazing. Great starting pay.

      Cons

      Weekly sit ins with team managers and they listen to one of your calls with you.
