      Competitive environment. Performance based. Fair and equal opportunity employer. Many compensation benefits - salary not 'amazing', but profit sharing, bonuses, work perks, benefits and work-life balance all stand out as reasons to deem great employer.

      Cons

      Pro and con - competitive environment, depending how you look at it. Telco sector constantly in combative state - responding to industry, government, and competitive challenges. Some people thrive on this, some not so much.
