      Great employees to work with. Ability to work from home, when necessary. Flexible hours. Perks are bbq, lunches, holiday parties.

      Cons

      They forget about the support staff at times. Attention is given to the executives and managers. A bit more recognition would have been nice.

      Innovative; Listen and care about employees concerns. Looking to grow market share and involve employees in the decision making and challenging telecommunications landscape.

      Cons

      Compensation level could be better however decent at the level. Communication channels and structure in decision making. Pushes employees to the limits which could be positive or negative depending on what you are looking for.
