      Pros

      - National company where there's a lot of opportunity for growth (promotions)... if you're willing to work hard! - Company with a good strategy and corporate values - "Give where you live" Program with a focus on volunteering and giving back to the community. The company also matches up charitable donations to a certain maximum - Good benefits including stock option plan and possibility to chose type of medical coverage - Possibility to work from home depending on your role

      Cons

      Big company with over 30,000 employees. It can be really fantastic or pretty bad depending on which department you work in and who your boss is - some inconsistencies. A lot of politics. I've worked for that company for over 12 years, I would say 9 years were really good and 3 fairly bad. Work life balance can be challenging : high stress, long hours and very competitive environment. Many groups have unlimited priorities.

      strong benefits program, horizontal and geographical hop potential is there, industry is always changing which ensures you are always learning. work styles was amazing! work from anywhere, performance culture.

      Cons

      technical products require highly technical expertise, shared resources get shared too thin. Difficult to understand who is accountable when supply of information chain is so diluted and our product delivery teams are so specialized. field operations sometimes a hurdle.
