very aggressive sales tactics and metrics - the word "mandatory" has been used by management in pushing certain products continuously looking for ways to pay employees LESS. Things like SPIFFS, bonuses, random prizes etc. are virtually non-existent now compared to years ago. Each contract they reduce starting wages and introduce wage freezes micromanagement little schedule flexibility. TELUS will force overtime, change your shift, or decline time off long and short based on on "business needs" minimal contact with direct support and coworkers outside of online tools like chat making relationship building difficult
