      Worst Staffing agency in the Twin Cities

      Pros

      Location close to Starbucks - trust me you need a pick me up to get through the day working here

      Cons

      Treated like a body in a chair and not a person. No respect for employees personal boundaries. No work life balance, again you are a number and your personal time is not value to them. Plus if you leave or get let go they will try to sue you for the Non Compete even though they don't have a leg to stand on.

      Pros

      Overall, THE RIGHT STAFF is a good place to work. Pros include: There are plenty of opportunities for challenges and growth. They look to promote from within. They have a staff of driven, team oriented individuals. They work and partner with top employers of the twin cities. THE RIGHT STAFF is a local organization so employees are not just a number, our opinions and ideas are valued. It is a fun and competitive environment.

      Cons

      Schedules can vary depending on business needs which can be both a plus in flexibility but can make days long during peak times.

      There were none. It was a dysfunctional group.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional - backstabbing. Expected you to work through lunch and no breaks
