-creative environment with some outstanding and very talented individuals. You will be pushed beyond your limits and this will force you to grow professionally.

Cons

very unhealthy quality of life when working crunch hours. Sometimes you will not even remember the day of the week or even if its sunrise or sundown just by looking outside.

My company has a great working environment with lots of fantastic colleagues, decent benefits, rewarding in and of itself work, with some perks.

Cons

My company doesn't seem to believe in hiring from within, and the few that have been elevated were promptly laid off despite good reviews and performance.
