      Pros

      Overall employees are friendly with each other, and the mission of the company is overall a great idea.

      Cons

      Upper management does not care about the amount of hours you have to put in and they are quick to let you go if you are not meeting their standards, no matter how ridiclious the goals are set.

      Pros

      Pension is like no other. The benefits are also competitive. Advancement is slow, but opportunities are there through the job posting system.

      Cons

      Churn and lack of consideration of knowledge of longer-service employees. Constant restructures every year since Herb Allison took over as CEO in 2001. New CEO now hopefully will recognize knowledge and experience of employees there more than 2 years.

      Pros

      Retirement benefits are attractive and the work is easy. Unfortunately you are not always rewarded for your hard work. Since there are so many managers and directors already the chances that you will be premoted has decreases.

      Cons

      work is too easy and promotions have become hard to come by. Add to that the recent layoffs and the morale has dropped substantailly. People are nervous and management doesn't give us much information. Most of the people I speak to are unhappy. The new CEO has an agenda to make money...period. Service levels will be sacrificed.
