      Big Hearts, Questionable Circumstances

      Pros

      The people at TISTA are a individuals with big hearts. There is an air of family and it's easy to get swept up with the kindness available there.

      Cons

      There are a lot of upper management and middlemen. It's hard to get your point across to the correct individual who can handle an issue which causes extreme amounts of oversight and negligence in areas that needs attention. Depending on where you are in the company, you can end up on a team that has a severe lack of documentation and planning which makes the job extra difficult. Vague requirements and feature creep is a constant.

      Good team members, while they last..

      Cons

      Company focus is on its contracts not employees. Employees are moved onto projects that benefit the company without considering the employee's career path. No room for growth. High turnover. Lots of false promises and no accountability from senior leadership. Unethical business practices.
