      Pros

      Coming out of college to the work is was so much new to me but I really enjoyed my Tista family!! I will miss everyone on the CMS team and I am sorry to move but is right move for me now with my family

      Cons

      Idk the parking is not good here!! In Rockville. Ha ha. Seriously I will miss my Tista family and who knows I come back some day if back on East Coast!!

      Pros

      Good career advancement, growing fast, lots of opportunity, philanthropic focus, lots of youth and energy. Excellent compensation. Good people. Reimbursement for professional development.

      Cons

      A bit disorganized from the rapid growth. There have been a few toxic people here, just like at any company, but thankfully most of the ones I know of have left. I'm sure you can find their negative reviews on here. The HQ office used to be kind of lame, but after the redesign it's pretty cool. Some of the benefits are a little "small company" for my taste. I also feel like this is more of an environment for people who have better technical skills; people who aren't very good technically might want to look elsewhere IMHO.
