Pros

It’s easy work depending on what they ask you to do.

Cons

They take advantage of the harder workers. I get 9$ an hour and do almost everything in the store and get less than somebody with less experience and they do less work.

Pros

Fairly Relaxed, Flexible schedule if you are a reasonable person and give reasonable advance notice. Don't change your availability after being hired. They hate that. Also avoid calling out. It stresses them out and they put pressure on your co-workers. Are a pretty good company, not horrible or terrible. It's plain old retail.

Cons

Manager quality varies massively. In Combo Stores, each store has separate management, and they do not always get along. YOU HAVE TO SELL A CREDIT CARD AND THEY WON'T TELL YOU THIS UNTIL AFTER THEY HAVE HIRED YOU!!! YOU HAVE A QUOTA!!!

Pros

Easy to get a good raise, if you aren't a supervisor the job doesn't demand much.

Cons

Management puts all the pressure on a select few associates, plays favorites, and they always have a negative out look.
