      Keefe part of TKC is toxic.

      Pros

      Some of the people are hard workers and do their job.

      Cons

      Favoritism ,Low wages for workload, No investment into employees education, Management is oblivious to why they are hemorrhaging senior staff members.

      Good pay, horrible hours (60 to 70+ a week on salary, no comp time/OT)

      Pros

      Pay, benefits, light travel, fair corporate support, generally promote from within. Long term State and Fed holding facilities are eaaaaaasy work (stable workforce).

      Cons

      Expect perfect numbers based on a theoretical perfect workforce/program. Short term City, County and Immigration holding are extremely hard work due to the system given is build around long term facilities (workforce stability issues).
