TMF Health Quality Institute is proud of its commitment to providing competitive health insurance, retirement planning options, and paid time off to its employees. We believe that our rates are competitive with the job market, and encourage employees who do not understand their benefits to meet with an HR Representative for clarification. Employees are encouraged to share their ideas in several ways, which include using the suggestion box on site, emailing their managers, executive staff members, or HR, or by communicating via phone or in person. In addition, our biannual employee engagement survey has assisted in improving and growing our benefits program over the years. We value the opinion of our employees.
