In addition, our biannual employee engagement survey has assisted in improving and growing our benefits program over the years. We value the opinion of our employees. Managers conduct weekly one-on-ones in order to receive feedback from each employee on his/her workload, training opportunities available, and to assist the team in the best way possible. If a manager is not providing feedback, it’s important for the employee to use the in-house reporting features to communicate the lack of work. TMF Health Quality Institute is proud of its commitment to providing competitive health insurance, retirement planning options, and paid time off to its employees. We believe that our rates are competitive with the job market, and encourage employees who do not understand their benefits to meet with an HR Representative for clarification.

As discussed during the hiring process, positions with our organization are tied to specific contracts, and those contracts change. Although we can’t guarantee transfers if a position is eliminated, the TMF HR team works closely with project directors to maintain our highly skilled staff members. Career ladder promotions are at the discretion of Program Directors and their respective budgets; we recommend reaching out to your manager for more information. Employees also have the opportunity to interview for and be promoted when a new position is created and posted; all employees receive notification of the new opportunities via company emails. If you are not receiving new position emails, please reach out to IT for further assistance or refer to the policy, as outlined in the HR Manual.
