NONE. Dead end job. 'Old School' management.

Cons

Long hours. Nobody cares if you have a family. Rude management which yells at employees.

TMF Health Quality Institute does not condone yelling, intimidation, or bullying behavior. We truly care about our employees and their well-being. We have highly engaged employees and a very low attrition rate. It’s unfortunate that employees with one of these issues didn’t use the in-house reporting options available.

Pros

Very supportive environment. Team approach and training when desired. I will never leave this job! Great health care, 401k and holidays off. Many other great benefits.

Cons

Can’t think of any. There is always some one to ask, if I have questions and answers are supportive and not condescending.

Thank you! TMF Health Quality Institute is proud of its commitment to providing competitive health insurance, retirement planning options, and paid time off to its employees. In addition to our eight holidays and two floating holidays, employees are able to carry-over their vacation and sick time and can use up to sixteen hours of volunteer time with approved organizations, like Meals on Wheels or a local food bank. We encourage employees to provide management with additional suggestions as well.
