Pros

Great communication from everyone. We get updates from HR, Payroll, IT, and Compliance. I feel genuinely involved in the company more so than any other environment and I am a satellite employee. Great benefits Great leadership Great flexibility Awesome opportunities for education and growth!

Cons

I am a satellite employee, so I do not get the opportunity to interact with other employees as much as I would like.

Thank you for your feedback! We hope to continue meeting our employees’ expectations in regards to benefits, communication, and leadership abilities. Many of our employees work remotely, and while it’s not financially sustainable for employees to meet in-person all the time, we are looking at ways to increase the touch points we have with our remote employees, and with their team members.

Pros

Generous benefits. Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with.

Cons

Training was not very thorough. A lot of figuring things out on your own.

We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear that our benefits are well-received. New employees typically have one week of training done at the headquarters location in Austin that focuses on policies, procedures, and IT, while the remainder of the week is one-on-one with team members and/or the hiring manager. After the initial first week of training, TMF considers the first 90 days of employment to be a training period. If an employee sees the need for additional training, we recommend communicating that feedback to the supervisor.

Pros

I work with Texas Nursing Homes and we work to improve quality of care for all residents. I have full support of a team and the homes are very receptive to the ideas I bring them. I make a difference in the lives of residents on a daily basis. This is a very rewarding position.

Cons

NONE! I just wish I had found this position earlier in my career, but that's on me!
