Pros

Culture..everyone is really friendly and it has a laidback environment.

Cons

Low pay, expect you too do extra work outside your payrate. The IT system is atrocious. Constant problems literally everyday with the system freezing, not responding, disconnecting especially when working from home. The IT staff must be totally incompetent because none of these issues have yet to be fixed and have been going on for what seems like forever. At one point the whole system went down for a day and they expected us to use our sick hours to make up for the time or work on the weekend instead. Your productivity goes down the crapper because you can't get any work done with their shoddy IT system.

We appreciate your feedback. The Clerk position is an entry-level position at C2C Innovative Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of TMF Health Quality Institute, and requires a minimum pay rate that is established by the Department of Labor (DOL). C2C and TMF observe the DOL pay regulations by paying above the required rate of pay and above the local economy. We make every effort to re-evaluate these positions and their pay regularly based on market value. C2C and TMF firmly believe in promoting employees from within, and encourage employees to apply for promotional opportunities. As you mentioned, we have actively been seeking to improve our IT infrastructure while also increasing the number of employees available to assist with the growth of the company. Within the last four months, we have hired both a Chief Information Security Officer and a Chief Information Officer. Both of these key management roles have made a significant impact on the issues that users have experienced. One issue in particular that caused the system shut-down was an employee caused security risk. As such, all employees have been educated on security and ways in which they can prevent security issues. System issues have been resolved in the last three weeks and further preventative maintenance will be done to prevent these issues in the future. Further, a policy has been established for administrative leave so that when issues like this occur in the future, employees will not use their sick or vacation leave. Sick time used by employees for this particular incident has been corrected.

Pros

Relaxed environment, family centered company. Growing in the Medicare industry. Upper management has worked together for a number of years.

Cons

Still has the feel of a start up company. Infastructure is still trying to get established, particularly in the IT area.

Thank you for your feedback! As you mentioned, TMF is actively seeking to improve its IT infrastructure while also increasing the number of employees available to assist with the growth of the company. While this can sometimes have echoes of being a start-up company, we are well-established within our sector. The growth and development of our IT department is ongoing, and we anticipate that our employee growth in IT and Security will only improve our reputation in the healthcare industry and enhance the user experience for our employees.
