Pros

Nothing. I really dont feel like writing any positive words since all I have is negative experience.

Cons

Bad Management. Worst Managers. Poor structure almost zero direction from upper management. Higher Employee turnover rate because of worst micro managers who dont perform there job but just keeping track of emplyee clock in time. Remote option only avaliable to upper management.

The telecommuting and remote option is available for many positions within our organization and is not limited to upper management. We believe that in changing this policy, both our employee satisfaction has increased as well as our teams’ performance. While it’s important that employees arrive to work timely, or log in to their computer if telecommuting, TMF does offer flex scheduling options. We hope that our changes to policies and procedures have assisted in improving our current employees’ overall work/life balance and satisfaction on the job.

Management practice alot of favoritism and there is ALOT of discrimination going on on ...

Pros

Some of the people are really great, it is too bad that management cant see that, and appreciate it for what it is.

Cons

If you are a disabled veteran and hope to receive any extra consideration or accommodation (as permitted by federal law) Do not ask......you will be fired for asking. Managers are not educated at management level and promotions are based on who you buddy up to !!!! If you show any initiative what so ever, you are automatically a "troublemaker". So if you can be complacent and not question authority, while managers continuously make the work environment hell. Then this is the place for you. This place has a very antiquated management style....... A dictatorship!!! I received more respect in the Army.

Toxic environment

Pros

Great benefits: vacation policy, retirement, medical insurance; nice offices; telecommuting opportunities. No training except for OTJ.

Cons

Poor leadership, CEO and CFO have never worked anywhere else so they are out of touch with reality. No strategic planning, C's will do anything including lying and cheating to make their bonuses. Pay scale is pretty low.
