Really solid benefits and strong internal support systems to support a remote environment; colleagues are great for the most part

Cons

TNTP has become a less vibrant workplace in the last several years. Top heavy leadership is worlds apart from workforce on the ground and seems very focused on building their own/corporate name rather than seeking to understand staff experience or support TNTP's core consulting practice.

Decent work-life balance. Very impactful work in supporting schools and school districts.

Cons

Leadership doesn’t seem to know what direction to take the company. Had two rounds of layoffs in the past two years, yet leadership continued to promote itself.
