The employers are friendly, the pay is good and the overall experience is amazing.

There arent't any downsides in my opinion.

Pros

We get to work in the comfort of our own home. We get 6 weeks of training instead of three days like other jobs.

Cons

The cons are we cannot take any notes on things and passwords we need to remember.
