Great conditions and overall environment for language and career improvement.

Sometimes the working hours are dynamic and not fixed, so that makes time management a bit more complicated.

The community of people are wonderful, the hours are flexible the is a wonderful challenge. My managers are amazing as well.

Cons

More companies in TP need to be remote.
