Difficult communicating with HR , their clients are extreme micro managers on EVERYTHING. TP USA has a total lack of care or concern for their employees. They offer bonus incentives for metrics that are met, then do not pay them, with reasons like "the client has different numbers" or " They decided not to pay that bouns" and give no reason why.
