Great staff and great part time job working with some excellent people in the 19th hole. Benefits are one of the best pros in my opinion if you enjoy golfing. Free year round play on the Valley course which is equally as tough as the stadium and limited play on The Stadium course after tournament. In addition, 35% off all food and merchandise.

Cons

Some management views don't coincide with staff views, some management doesn't know when to cut employees from their shifts to give other employees opportunity to make more money later at night.

You will receive some of the best training in the industry. Great work experience. They promote from within.

Cons

Very poor work/life balance. You will be overworked. Their pay for anyone not in top management is poor. Corporate environment where you can not make any decisions for yourself. Generally not a great work atmosphere.
