Pros
At TPC Harding Park in San Francisco, the management on both the Golf side and Food and Beverage side at this golf course is amazing. The managers are very friendly and are flexible with employee's schedules and needs. The hourly pay is above minimum wage, but you can make almost twice that because of how good the tips are here. The work is fairly simple, sometimes its physically demanding, but overall, its easy money. And TPC provides its employees with amazing benefits at almost no cost and at a very low minimum hours per week to qualify for them.
Cons
The work is almost seasonal because during Winter, hours are hard to get. But during Summer, you're almost over-worked because its so busy.
