      Stepping stone into a government job

      Cons

      Management does not have your back in any situation. You’re pretty much on your own. They definitely do not practice what they preach, from the CEO on down to the lowest of management.

      Pros

      One of the coolest jobs you might ever have. You get to see and help test military items and ensure the safety of these items for our military and for others and pays well. Pays well considering the hourly rate in that town is about $8-10 an hour.

      Cons

      You'll work like a slave, little appreciation, company contract constantly in questions, government shut downs, little to zero support from company, elimination of bonuses. One of the higher paying jobs in a small town so it's easy for the company to screw you over because no one else in that town will pay what they pay hourly. Kiss your life goodbye, you belong to Trax now.

      Pros

      I dunno, maybe that it was a super easy hire and some of the people were sort of nice. Frankly, aside from that, there wasn't much that was positive.

      Cons

      Yeah it was an easy hire, but honestly they shouldn't be hiring if they're doing as poorly as they are. Also, because they're doing so bad, there is absolutely no advancement opportunity and "raises" are cost of living raises.
