The pros are the friends you make and that is about it.

Cons

It is beyond insane to see the CONSTANT turnover in this company. Why is there turnover? Because everybody likes to say you will make so much money in commission and let me be the one to tell you this is not true. Ask any former employee. They low ball your base salary so much. Nothing is equal in this company. Your coworker to the left could be on 42k, and your coworker to the right could be on 60k? Why? Idk, it makes no sense, just because they liked them more in the interview? People come in with varying experience, but why on earth does it take you 3 years to get BARELY a raise, mean while they will bring on someone brand new at significantly more. News flash TRC, people talk about their salaries and commission here openly.
