Business Outlook
Pros
I experienced a great group of co-workers out of my office. It could be a good place for someone to learn the staffing business before moving into other recruiting roles.
Cons
Limited growth opportunity. Not very forward thinking in management. Spending time and energy with candidates that they know they will not place. (Not able to be upfront with candidates). Too much time spent funneling unqualified candidates into ATS took away from ability to actually recruit.
