Fantastic company! They truly care about each and every employee. They do whatever they can to ensure you have a successful career at TRC. They are also very supportive and flexible with continuing education. Great company culture. It's a fun place to work!

Cons

Need better management in some areas. Maybe even management "training."

TRC Staffing was a great place to keep up your confidence. And a place to help improve quality customer satisfaction.

Cons

It was an office job and the air conditioning was a little too cold, causing some employees to catch a cold.
