Pros

Great work environtment and very nice office. Good benefits and company pays for downtown parking. No micro-managing and supervisor allows you to deal with challenges and make decisions on your own. Management is very open to listening to and following through with suggestions and improvements.

Cons

Sometimes the workload can be overwhelming, yet at other times it can get slow. That's really just the nature of working in staffing, though.
