As long as you work well at whichever site you're assigned, you will always have a job. TRC and the client work with you, if you have need of absence.

Cons

The only way I was sure to get a response from management was via email. I called on several occasions, but never reached anyone.

Good opportunity, if your a college student looking for a short temporary assignment

Cons

The company doesn't have a large availability of assignments for clients. Once you complete an assignment, sometimes it's weeks before you get another one, if you seek an alternative route.
