      Very professional, and very nice people to work with. Always in the no about what is available for temporary assignments.

      Pros

      TRC has a philosphy that they follwo from the Harvard Business Review called "The Service Profit Chain" It is impressive becuase they live it form the top down. employees tend to have double the tenure ehre of other staffing companies, they have large engagments with parrters that have been in place for 20 years, and for 3 years running have been voted Best of Staffing by both their Clients and Talent!

      Cons

      Honestly it is tough to find one that the external would ever see. They are a company that bleeds for their people. The one area that needs improvement would be the internal IT group that services corporate and branches around the country.
