Great internal benefits within the co. They do a lot of charity work, by helping communities.
Cons
Over managed on every level, at time micro-managed. They think a Power Point presentation will explain all, but experience is key. They have food managers, in charge of Medical Devices Management. They also say that they are diversity inclusive co, but haven't seen it.
