Less Holidays (eats into vacation time), Poor raises, Culture seems to be "Our way or the highway", Over saturation of training and policies you have to do.

Very good pay scale. There are plenty of growth opportunities. The company truly cares about the quality of their product. They care about doing the right things the right way.

Cons

I had some minor issues but nothing that would deter me from working here again. This is the best company I have worked for.

Great local team leadership that’s very customer focused and really care.

Cons

Requires kind of dedication that picks up phones after hours and is not afraid to travel locally to other site occasional. This can be not for everyone.
