The TRIMEDX leadership team places a tremendous focus on our strategic planning process that details the current and future priorities for the business. The focus and initiatives are communicated through leaders and all of our associate communication channels.

Pros

Pay is in the middle of the range, super benefits, central parts ordering and PO generation. Some of the parts department personnel go above and beyond routinely.

Cons

Note, all this was before the Covid crisis and is continuing during it. No promotion in place for Bmet II to Bmet III, you have to move to another shop to an open Bmet III position to get promoted, there is no promotion policy or guidelines. No raise for CBET certification. No merit pay increase, small cost of living increase yearly. Headquarters in Indianapolis is completely disconnected from the rest of the company, but every decision on the smallest issue comes from there. Duplicate PM work orders every month then it takes 3 weeks to get the duplicate cancelled all the while being harassed over unfinished, unneeded PMs. Submit an HR ticket and it may be resolved by the time you retire. No way to recognize extra effort by supply chain individuals.

We have consistently provided a merit increase each year for associates who meet the eligible criteria and promotional opportunities are available throughout the year. The last few years has brought tremendous growth and change for us an organization. We are committed to high standards of ethical, moral, and legal business conduct and strive to project these standards within all facilities.
