      Run away!!! They are like the Gieco commercial- Let's hide behind these chainsaws!!

      Pros

      If you like to smooch butt with the management... you might feel worthy. Benefits and salary are appropriate for the work.

      Cons

      Not much room to grow. Work consists of changing stickers that headquarters plays around with. They have a data management system RSQ that is too much info for the use of keeping up with equipment. Not user friendly. They spent over 14 mil. for this program and still has no issues than needs to be. Company likes to tell you if you have a idea put it on the TIP board. Too much smoke to just do the job. Management over techs love to micro-pinch you to death. Work load is 12hr work in a 8 hr day.

The last few years has brought tremendous growth and change for us an organization. We are committed to high standards of ethical, moral, and legal business conduct and strive to project these standards within all facilities. We make every effort to support each of our associates in career growth at TRIMEDX.

      It is genuinely a values-driven company, not all about the bottom line, more about doing the right thing for our customers.

      Cons

      Sometimes feels like development work is being done to expand our business that could be better used to perfect the business we already have.

      Pros

      Professional leadership group and workforce. Entire team is passionate about healthcare and servicing the tools clinicians need to care for patients. Have created some terrific proprietary equipment management tools. Have good onboarding and training program for new employees. Pay is appropriate for work, time, and travel. No micromanagement and reasonable production expectations are the norm. Trimedx foundation mission trips to service third world medical facilities is what healthcare should be...compassionate.

      Cons

      Tenant within hospital so can be an outsider in the greater clinical organization. Some service requirements can be difficult. Could push more manufacturer training for BioMed and Imaging techs.
