Pros

PTO, Good Pay, Great Benefits

Cons

HR Leadership - Turnover in the last couple of years has been like a revolving door. Over 30 personnel from all levels has left the HR department because of the dysfunctional culture that has been created. TowerBrook - TRIMEDX started taking a turn for the worst when this investor became involved. More worried about growth in dollars than patient care and taking care of employees. Culture - The company culture at the corporate office is in shambles. Morale is at an all time low.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your experience with TRIMEDX. The last three years has brought tremendous growth and change for us an organization. One of these changes was to align the support organizations, including HR, with our associates in the hospitals to provide better alignment. As an organization committed to continuous improvement, we created several action plans based on 2018’s annual employee engagement survey. In both 2017 and 2018, our overall employee engagement percentage ranked us a Top Performing organization by national standards. Based on feedback we’ve received, we recognize that we need to continue to increase communication regarding our leadership development programs and other programs that are available through TRIMEDX University, as well as, the affinity groups that are available. Thank You!

Pros

Amazing benefits, they cover everything except human sterilization due to the faith based component of Ascension. GENEROUS PTO - not many places will give 5 weeks (200 hours) for salaried employees from day 1. Employees - LOVE the people that work there that are NOT leadership, wonderful people in the same situation as I am.

Cons

There are so many things to talk about here, that narrowing the list is in my best interest as to not lose the reader. THe SOUL of TRIMEDX is gone, what TRIMEDX once was is no more. It's very sad, it's like mourning the loss of a loved one. Something once so wonderful is truly gone. TRIMEDX has all new Senior leadership, across the board with the exception 2 departments, and one of those is retiring any moment. TURNOVER IS ASTOUNDING. THe turnover is not normal, entire departments have been wiped out and there is literally no one to lead them. TRIMEDX doesn't acknowledge this, just seems to sweep it under the rug. "IF WE DONT TALK ABOUT IT, the problem doesn't exist". The above speaks to the leadership. They no longer give a single care about any employee. All are replaceable - unfortunately they can't replace them fast enough leaving huge deficits. this causes unusual burdens and loads, then more people leave and the issue snow balls. Promote to incompetence - leaders are not fit to lead. Many self servant behaviors that are not only rewarded but encouraged. It is everyone for themselves. The culture is a meer shell of what it was. There was recently a "20 year celebration" where they had all kinds of activities lined up. NOT A SINGLE PERSON PROMOTED IT BESIDES THE NEWSLETTER. Each day that passed, no one lead by example. It was so sad. CEO has NEVER been to the WEST building to talk to employees. He's only seen during town halls. If you see him at CO, he wont even look at you. Great CEO... Lead by example. That is how all the leadership behaves. They are so worried about themselves they don't give a care about their employees. You don't see leadership talking to anyone except their own. There is no cross team collaboration. It's a really vile soul sucking environment. They did impose a Culture renewal plan, I've heard about it but I don't know a single person that can speak to it. No one has followed up on it to ensure the program has taken place. It's DECEMBER and notices came out in JULY.
