We are excited about the combination of these two organizations and the opportunity to bring our best practices to more healthcare systems. We know that working with great people in a thriving culture can play a big part in how someone feels about a company, so we’re excited your experience has been positive. In response to feedback we’ve received from our associates, we’re working on action plans to better communicate training and development opportunities available to our team. We strive to promote from within our organization. During 2018, over 200 associates were promoted at TRIMEDX.

We are an organization committed to continuous improvement which includes our associate experience. We are proud to be ranked as a Top Performing organization from an associate engagement perspective the last 2 years in a row. We utilize our annual associate engagement survey to identify areas for improvement within our organization. Based on this feedback and the growth of the overall organization, we have evaluated positions that are appropriate for remote work to broaden our talent pool and provide associates with more opportunities. We recognize the need to increase our communication regarding leadership development programs and other programs that are available through TRIMEDX University. Finally, our voluntary turnover rates have decreased significantly year over year and fall within industry standards at this time, but we continually strive to improve to be best-in-class.
