We’re confident that you have seen and experienced a lot of change over the past decade. While managers may change over time, what is steadfast is that we maintain our commitment to patient safety and care as being a top priority for us. Thank you for taking the time to write this review and provide feedback on your experience. We agree, our financial health and total rewards are great perks of working at TriMedx. Although we are dedicated to a positive work/life balance for all TriMedx associates, we realize that occasionally our managers take on extra work in order to ensure patient safety and equipment uptime. It’s this type of dedication that set our associates apart. We offer a generous PTO plan to our managers in hopes they are able to truly disconnect from work and enjoy time with their family. That being said, we welcome other ideas and suggestions on how we can help our site managers feel more supported.
