Benefits are decent working towards a better work environment

There have been some major bumps in the road and I am starting to see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel... but it is still quite a ways off in my opinion. Clear unalignment with managers and their teams

Easier to get in the door if entry level. Benefits are good. They are good at hiring from within.

Cons

The management leaves a lot to be desired. Seems to be a big disconnect between corporate and their field employees. Unrealistic expectations at times.

Lots of opportunity for growth. The people are nice If you work in the corporate office the environment is awesome

Cons

The company is great I can't think of anything I did not like, it was a very good experience working for this company.
